About the Foundation
Founded in 1990, The Education Foundation of Collier County is an independent, not-for-profit 501(c) (3) organization that eliminates barriers and creates opportunities for students, families, educators, and the community to work together so that every student may succeed. The NEW Golden Apple
Join us for The NEW Golden Apple Celebration of Teachers will be the evening of Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at the Waldorf Astoria Naples (475 Seagate Drive).
This community-wide premiere will feature video vignettes on each of this year’s six Golden Apple teachers and give you a glimpse into Collier classrooms and the talents of teachers in our community. Join us for this family-friendly celebration night to thank and honor our teachers. Teachers of Distinction, Golden Apple teachers, and Collier County Public Schools’ Teachers of the Year will be honored.
